I write things when I’m falling asleep that I’m not aware of? Should I be worried…?
If I’m in school writing notes in my notebook and I’m falling asleep slowly, I tend to scribble little things in my notebook as I’m falling asleep.. or even write a couple words that don’t make sense.
And last night I was starting to type a paper about a photographer and I know I was falling asleep for I just saved it and went to bed.
I looked at it this morning and it said this…

(The question mark was saved in there)
I obviously have no idea why I wrote "to know who was in the back of the car with me?" nor do I know what I was even thinking about.
Does this happen to anyone else?
Or just to me?
I feel like I’m going crazy because I don’t even know if this is a normal sleeping disorder type-thing or if I just have something wrong with me?
Oh yeah and I’m 17 years old…

It happens to me a lot, what I’ve noticed is that I usualy right the last thing I was saying or thinking
First of all, stop causing yourself so much anxiety!
I have heard of even worse sleeping disorders…
I heard of this lady who used to eat when she went to sleep, she couldn’t even remember that she did when she woke up! Imagine how surprised she was the next day when she found her kitchen a mess! And, unfortunately, because of that…she gained TONZ of weight!
This can definitely be treated. Tell your doctor about this…he will per scribe some drugs…and everything will be all better!
Don’t freak yourself out-remember that!
I think everyone has something like this happen to them at some point. Not long ago, I actually had a coherent text message conversation in my sleep. It’s because part of your brain is asleep, but your subconscious is still working, so you’re able to function without being aware of it.
If it’s happening frequently enough to bother you, you’re best to see a doctor. But there’s no need to be too worried.
